Transitioning to Blended Learning

In today’s fast-paced world, the need for effective and flexible training programs has become increasingly important. Blended learning is an approach that combines face-to-face instruction with online learning, providing trainees with the flexibility and convenience to learn at their own pace and in their own space.

In this guide, I will provide a step-by-step approach to help training managers convert their training programs into a blended learning format, ensuring trainees’ engaging and effective learning experience.
